Did you know that Jesus asked his disciples
"Why are ye fearful"
before He calmed the storm?

Not after.
**Before.**

Matthew 8:26

He addressed their fear
before He addressed the weather.

Because the storm outside the boat
was never the real problem.
The storm inside them was.

Pause.

These were fishermen.
Men who lived on water.
Men who understood boats and waves better than most.

And yet they panicked.

Not because the storm was too big.
But because they forgot
who was in the boat with them.

Here is the revelation.

Anxiety is not a weather problem.
It is a presence problem.

The moment you forget who is with you
every wave looks like your last one.

"Be careful for nothing
but in every thing by prayer and supplication
with thanksgiving
let your requests be made known unto God.
And the peace of God
which passeth all understanding
shall keep your hearts and minds
through Christ Jesus."
Philippians 4:6-7 (KJV)

He did not say the situation would change immediately.
He said the peace would come immediately.

Peace before the answer.
Calm before the resolution.
Rest before the breakthrough.

That is not denial.
That is faith.

So whatever is making you anxious today.
Whatever doubt has been whispering
that God has forgotten your situation.

He is still in the boat.
He has not moved.
He has not panicked.
He has not run out of solutions.

And the same voice that calmed that storm
is speaking over your situation
right now. 🕊️
