SERVICE CHANGE DECISION

Good morning Eastsiders,

Due to the snow, wind, and lack of visibility, we have made the decision to cancel services and activities today. With the freeway closures and travel warnings, this decision seems like the wisest course of action.

As mentioned yesterday, we do not take this decision lightly. Since I am out of town this weekend, I have consulted with deacons and other men in the church to come to this. I appreciate their help and guidance.

In the meantime, I know this makes the Lord’s Day look quite different. I encourage you to tune in to a livestream and worship together as a family today. I will be preaching at West Valley Baptist Church in Nampa, Idaho. You’re welcome to tune in to their service at noon (South Dakota time), or find another good Bible preaching service to “attend” virtually.

Praying the Lord works in each heart, even if it looks a little different today!
