May Is Mental Health Month - Friday, May 1st - Sunday May 31st, 2026!
The annual campaign to raise awareness, fight stigma, and provide support for mental well-being, with Mental Health America (MHA) highlighting the theme "More Good Days, Together". May is National Women’s Health Month! It’s a time dedicated to encouraging women and girls to prioritize their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Led by the Office on Women's Health, the month kicks off with National Women’s Health Week (May 10–16, 2026), focusing on preventive screenings, healthy lifestyles, and addressing unique health risks like autoimmune diseases and reproductive health.
