Fruit of the Spirit: Kindness 🍎

This week we explored the fruit of the Spirit of kindness—the centerpiece of the nine fruits listed in Galatians 5 and a key part of God’s call to us in Micah 6:8: “Do justice, love kindness, and walk humbly with your God.”

One of the biggest takeaways? Kindness isn’t random—it’s intentional. It is a choice we make each day as we reflect Christ’s love to those around us.

As parents, grandparents, mentors, and friends, kindness is one of the most important values we can pass on to the next generation alongside faith, honesty, respect, and compassion.

This week, take a moment to reflect:
1. Where have you experienced kindness?
2. Where is kindness already growing in your life?
3. How can you intentionally plant seeds of kindness in your
family, community, and world?

May the Holy Spirit continue to grow this fruit in us so that others experience God’s love through our words and actions.
