REMINDER: Worship service starts at 10AM this Sunday. Bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on. There is a dinner to follow. Meat and drinks are being provided so bring a dish to share. We will be set up inside and outside for the meal in case some (like me) need to cool down! Also - Dr Steve Rennick will be preaching! Steve is becoming our Non Resident Guest Speaker. We love his challenging messages. Steve will have his wife Diane with him this Sunday too! See you Sunday! It’s supposed to be a beautiful day!

Pentecost Sunday reminds us that the Church was born not through human strength or strategy, but through the power and presence of the Holy Spirit.

In Acts 2, ordinary people gathered together in prayer and unity, and God met them there. He poured out His Spirit and filled them with courage, compassion, and boldness to carry the hope of Jesus into the world. What began in that upper room is still continuing today through the Church around the world.

At WatersEdge Church, we believe the Holy Spirit is still moving. He is still drawing people to Jesus, healing hearts, restoring lives, strengthening weary believers, and empowering the Church to live on mission.

The Church is imperfect because people are imperfect, but it is still deeply loved by God and chosen by Him to bring hope, healing, freedom, and the message of Jesus to a hurting world.

Today, we celebrate the gift of the Holy Spirit and the beautiful reminder that we are never alone. God is with us. God is empowering us. God is still building His Church.
