INVITATION TO EVERYONE!! Bible Study tonight (Wednesday) at 7pm will be on chapter 27 of our church confession on the topic of the "Communion of the Saints."

Chapter 27 teaches that all true believers are spiritually united to Christ and therefore united to one another. Because they share in Christ’s life, grace, and gifts, they also share in mutual love, service, encouragement, and responsibility within the church.

This communion expresses itself in:

Worshiping God together

Serving one another

Sharing gifts and resources

Bearing each other’s burdens

Helping one another grow in holiness

The confession also emphasizes that this communion is not a loss of personal property—Christians may share generously, but they are not required to hold all possessions in common.

Finally, the communion of saints extends beyond the local church: believers have fellowship with all Christians everywhere, and their communion continues even after death as they await the resurrection.

Two years ago I was contacted by a young man who was pastor ing a small church in Kenya. He had no training and asked for help. By the providence of God there was a reformed baptist school about thirty miles away. Solomon had no car or motorbike so our church gave some money to the school and they paid for a taxi ride on a motorcycle for two years. Today he graduated!! Solomon thanks all who have helped him to get him from school and back!

New Upcoming Class!
We plan to begin our new study this coming Sunday April 26th at 9:45am on the Holy Spirit by Puritan John Owen.
