The church was never meant to revolve around one personality.

A pastor’s role isn’t to be a celebrity, CEO, or perform for people — it’s to faithfully preach God’s Word, shepherd the church, & equip believers to do ministry together.

Healthy churches aren’t built on preferences or personalities. They’re built on Scripture, shared responsibility, & Jesus as the true Shepherd.
