Sheboygan has a super exciting event next Thursday, and you want to be in the room. Bringing this film to Sheboygan has been a labor of love with many hands and churches and individuals involved. Pastor Ruth's parents attended a screening of this film a year ago, and it was eye opening to them. They came away realizing that, while homelessness is a very difficult issue, we sometimes look at it the wrong way. This film opened up doors and led them to see entirely new ways that they could be part of the solution. Pastor Ruth was deeply impressed by the way something as simple as a community film screening led to such incredible change.
Homelessness is a challenge, but it's one with a solution. When the whole community comes together, when we identify housing and support needs and figure out how to increase capacity, we can end homelessness. It's not easy, but it's not nearly as complicated as we make it out to be when we take a step back and make a plan. We need everybody on board to make it happen! There is room for every voice in this work. Join us for this free film screening, come hear the plan moving forward, and learn how you can be apart of the solution.
