For years, we’ve witnessed Pastor Gladney lead with faith, integrity, vision, and a genuine love for God’s people. Now, he seeks to bring that same spirit of servant leadership to the General Progressive Baptist State Convention of Mississippi Inc.

His mission is simple: help churches thrive, empower pastors, invest in our youth, strengthen communities, and position the convention for future growth.
