The Anne Arundel County Department of Aging & Disabilities is seeking compassionate volunteers for its Telephone Reassurance Program to help turn conversation into a lifeline.

Volunteers will make well-check phone calls to residents in the county who live alone, but seek to remain independent in their homes. Daily well-check calls connect older adults and individuals with disabilities to the community, and can help provide their loved ones with assurance.
