Happy Labor Day, Lakeview family and friends!

This month for Missions Sunday, the kids made paper airplanes and “flew” to Germany! ✈️🇩🇪

They got to try snacks of pretzel bites and little smoked sausages, to resemble the soft pretzels and bratwurst that are favorites in Germany.
🥨🌭

The also heard that many boys and girls there have never heard about Jesus, and that the money from their Buddy Barrels goes to help buy supplies and send missionaries to share the the good news of the gospel. Everyone prayed together over the offering, that it would go right where Jesus wants it to go to reach the lost.

The GIRLS won the offering challenge, so next month the boys are determined to make a comeback! 🎉

Tomorrow is Missions Sunday! 🌎

If you have a Buddy Barrel remember to bring it tomorrow! Boys vs Girls who’s going to have the heaviest bucket? Remember all the money goes straight back to Missions work all over the world! If you have any extra change lying around bring it tomorrow and we can add it to our buckets!
