✨💜We’ve been conditioned to confuse connection with sexuality 💜✨

To believe closeness must be leading somewhere.
That touch carries expectation.
That intimacy only exists within romance or desire.

And over time, many of us begin withholding some of the most natural parts of ourselves — our tenderness, openness, affection, presence, and need for genuine human connection.

Then we wonder why we feel disconnected…
why we search so deeply to feel seen, held, met, and understood. 🤦🏼‍♀️
