Sunday 8:30AM - we’ll gather for an interfaith prayer circle, then take a meditational walk visiting each of our temples surrounding the Ganga Pond… with a light reception to close the morning.

This morning practice is 7AM daily for 40 days (with the option of adding the recording). This Sadhana focuses on the asana “Mother of Heaven, Mother of Earth”. It activates your inner rhythm, cultivates strength and activate a feeling of grounding and rootedness.
