We will meet on Sunday, May 31st, at our regular time of 9:00 am for meditation at our zendo on Capitol Hill and our regular zoom link. At 10:00, we will have our monthly full moon bodhisattva precepts ceremony, followed by a dharma talk on "Zazen body."

Join us for a day of meditation on Sunday, May 24th. We will be hosting a one-day meditation retreat from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm at our zendo and at our regular zoom site. All are welcome! Bring a bag lunch. Regular Sunday morning programming will also be available beginning at 9:00!

As this is the first Sunday of the month, we will also be offering beginners orientation at 8:25, and a well-being and memorial service. This Sunday, April 19th, we will meet at 9:00 for two periods of meditation. At 10:00, Kanshin will give a dharma talk on "Habit Energy."

This Sunday, April 12th, we will have only one period of zazen at 9:00, followed by a special ceremony for Buddha's Birthday, and then our annual membership meeting! I hope that you can join us! Bring flowers if you can!
