Seattle Fa Sheng Chan Temple 西雅圖 成立法興禪寺道場，提供東南亞地區的華僑，讓信眾們有一個心靈咨詢依靠。

35年前大約1980年，心田長老就獨自來到美國西雅圖的中國街區，成立一個法興禪寺道場，提供東南亞地區的華僑，讓信眾們有一個心靈咨詢依靠，可以把佛法弘揚於美國西岸各地。
心田長老特別禮請光學長老尼長年駐守於法興禪寺，處理大小寺務。
但由於寺院房舍老舊，於2011年電線走火發生火災，所以暫停提供禮拜，心田長老於對街大倉庫，又臨時整修裝潢佛菩薩殿堂，2013年9月重新落成，並舉辦七日梁皇消災祈福法會，圓滿日下午由心田長老等三位金剛上師，施捨瑜伽焰口施食法會。
現今已有較完善的殿堂場所，有一年度點平安光明燈，農曆每月初ㄧ、十五誦經消災法會，每星期日安排禮誦佛教經典、拜懺，及提供美味的中式素食佳餚，讓信眾更能方便學習佛法。

2018法興禪寺梁皇消災拔渡法會通啟

緣起：梁皇寶懺又稱慈悲道場懺，梁武帝為皇后郗氏所集也。乃因皇后在世時，嫉妒六宮其性慘毒，損物害人，以是罪業，死後變成蟒蛇，饑窘困迫，又有多蟲唼囓肌肉，痛苦之劇如刀割截，因而現蛇身祈求皇帝為作功德，以救拔之。梁武帝乃大集沙門，宣此緣由問善之最以贖其苦。寶誌禪師對曰：「非禮佛懺滌悔款」。皇帝便請高僧採集經語撰寫懺悔文共成十卷，為其懺禮。又有一日，皇宮充滿異香良久，帝乃仰見一天人容儀端麗，謂帝曰此則蟒後身也，蒙帝功德巳得生忉利天，今現此身以為明驗，前來致謝。
西雅圖信徒之懇請，本寺特舉行此一梁皇法會，由住持和尚：上心下田長老親自帶領大眾，圓滿之日上午誦藥師經及圓滿供，下午瑜伽焰口施食。願藉此法會因緣，大眾能虔敬禮佛，懺禮自身累劫之罪業及冤業，並超薦各人生生世世父母，冤親債主，歷代祖先宗親，一切水火災車禍死亡之男女無祠孤魂，使令洗滌罪垢脫離苦海，身心安樂得大智慧，共證菩提，還度眾生；並祈願國泰民安，世界和平。歡迎十方善信大德報名參加。
