Kids in preschool thru 5th grade are invited to step through the mist into Rainforest Falls, overflowing with wild waterfalls, towering trees, and colorful creatures. Beneath a canopy of chattering birds and howling monkeys, we’ll plunge into a lifelong adventure of discovering the nature of God. We’ll explore what it means to be rooted in relationship with God, our creator, a safe place in life’s storms. Please join us August 10-13 from 5:30 to 8:00 pm for 4 days of summer fun. Rainforest Falls Vacation Bible School 2026 is coming soon! August 10-13 starting @ 5:30 pm with dinner and ending at 8:00 pm. Come with us for 4 days of activities and fun learning about Jesus. America's 250th Birthday is almost here and Seaford is getting ready to celebrate! The Downtown Seaford Association (DSA) is sponsoring a Patriotic Pole Decorating Contest for our Stars & Stripes on the Nanticoke Celebrating America's 250th Birthday. Christ Lutheran is decorating a pole to join in the celebration and support our Seaford community. Our pole needs to be decorated and ready by July 1st. We need your help to decorate. Christ Lutheran avidly supports Love INC of Mid-DelMarVa. Through our food shelf, thousands of food items and personal supplies have been collected, as well as thousands of dollars for people in crisis. Our LWML has given thousands of dollars from our Easter Egg sales to support Love INC financially. For Together Tuesday on June 23rd, Love INC has opportunities for us to join in the mission. TOGETHER TUESDAY - June 23rd

Join us June 23rd to celebrate TogetherTuesday, a GivingTuesday initiative that encourages simple acts of generosity that strengthen our communities and remind our neighbors they're not alone.

At Love INC, generosity comes to life through people like you who choose to serve, encourage, and walk alongside others. Whether you have a few hours to give or would like to help create a welcoming environment, there are opportunities for everyone to get involved.

Current Volunteer Opportunities:

Serve at our Community Dinners from 6:00-7:00 PM
4th Tuesday of each month - June 23rd
1st, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Fridays of each month

Food Distribution - Monday & Tuesday - 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
We are looking for volunteers to assist neighbors picking up food referral bags. Responsibilities include:
Lifting food bags (approximately 20-25 lbs.) into and out of shopping carts
Transporting bags to neighbors' vehicles
Loading bags into vehicles
Offering prayer and encouragement to neighbors, if desired.

Clothing Donation Processing
Help sort and process donated clothing during the following shifts:
Monday
10:00 AM - 1:00 PM (4 volunteers needed)
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM (4 volunteers needed)
Tuesday
10:00 AM - 1:00 PM (2 volunteers needed)
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM (3 volunteers needed)
Wednesday
10:00 AM - 1:00 PM (2 volunteers needed)
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM (3 volunteers needed)
Thursday
10:00 AM - 1:00 PM (2 volunteers needed)
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM (3 volunteers needed)
These serving opportunities are about more than a need met. They're an opportunity to build relationships, share encouragement, and help create a sense of belonging for our neighbors.

Together Tuesday reminds us that generosity doesn't have to be complicated. A simple act of kindness can make a lasting impact.
