Wednesday, Randy and I ministered at the jail. We were both still weary from our mission trip and, truthfully, neither of us felt like going. But out of obedience to the Lord, we went.

As we drove up to the jail, we saw this beautiful rainbow stretched over it. What a sweet reminder from the Lord of his promises.

And once we were inside, we were reminded again why obedience matters. We witnessed men who were truly hungry for our discussion on the power and purpose of prayer. We heard testimonies of healing, and one man even shared a heartfelt poem he had written to Jesus.

What a blessing to see God moving in the hearts of these men. Often times obedience means showing up even when we’re tired and trusting God with the fruit. “Let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” — Galatians 6:9 I’m so thankful for His gentle reminders that our labor in Him is never in vain. 🌈🙏❤️

Love getting testimonies like this!🙌🏻
Howdy from Texas! We are in Destin for my 67th birthday. We went to the Sea Food Festival yesterday where we met some of your people. Two ladies prayed for me and my bride. I didn’t get their names. I just want to say thank you to them for being obedient to their mission and for the powerful prayer. Thank you all so much.

We had 17 women many first timers attend the jail ministry service on Saturday! Thats a record number🙌🏻 Holly shared her testimony and many gave their lives to Jesus or re-dedicated. There was a woman there involved with the murder case in Freeport....Holly had the opportunity to speak to her one on one. She had never heard the gospel of Jesus. She gave her life to Him!! She came in broken and left hopeful. Only Jesus! We are grateful for the opportunity to love and minister to these women -join us!
