Today we honor Fr. Joseph Sibilano, OSJ as he celebrates his 70th anniversary of Religious Vows! It was on this day in 1956 that Fr. Joe made his First Vows of Chastity, Poverty, and Obedience as an Oblate of St. Joseph. We thank Fr. Joe for his many years of service, witness, and guidance in his various roles as an Oblate. May the Lord grant him many more years and great health. Please pray for Fr. Joe and for many more vocations to follow in his footsteps in serving Jesus in imitation of St. Joseph.

Fr. Jose Batista, OSJ has started the Spirituality Course in our Motherhouse in Asti, Italy alongside other members of our Congregation. This is a great opportunity for Oblates to deepen their understanding and living out the Josephite-Marellian Spirituality of our Congregation. For many this is their first time visiting our Motherhouse and the tomb of our Holy Founder St. Joseph Marello. Please pray for Fr. Jose and all of our Oblate Priests, Brothers, and Sisters who are participating.

Chummar Chirayth, OSJ who had served in the USA Province for many years. Please pray for Fr. Matthew and our Indian Oblates for a fruitful and spiritual experience.

The Lord is still calling young people to serve Him. It takes an invitation for a young person to consider the religious life and the priesthood. Prayer is important and we need to storm Heaven for more vocations to serve the Church and the People of God. It also takes families, friends, communities to promote a culture of vocations within our Church. Invite a young man and woman to consider the path of service. If we don't invite and encourage, a young person may not make a step towards that direction. May the Lord send many vocations to serve His interest, especially as Oblates of St. Joseph.
