arrangements for Julia Knox Memorial Service: May 11 at Rainy’s Funeral Home in Dale. Visitation will be from 3 PM until 6 PM. Service will be at 6 PM. Please continue to pray for the Knox family.

Church Family,
It is with heart felt sorrow that I let everyone know that our sweet Colton went home to be with The Lord Monday Evening at about 5:45. I know all of you join Karla and myself in praying for Kacie, Pam, HJ, and his two brothers. Although his earthly life was short he left us all with many memories. Now he rest at home in Heaven with The Lord.
Colton’s Funeral will be Thursday at 7 PM at Huber Funeral Home in Tell City.

Ephesians 3:20-21 says, "Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. Unto Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen."

The Lord made evident this verse tonight at the 5th Sunday Singing. Thank you all for attending and showing love to the Gomes family and to one another. The benefit yielded exceedingly above anything we could have ever asked or even imagined! Truly, God is so, so good.

Thank you again to the musicians for the sharing of their gifts. To all of the kitchen helpers and organizers, and thank you to everyone for giving so generously to a precious family in need. ❤️

Good evening to all,

It's 5th Sunday Singing week, and we are looking forward to a blessed time together this Sunday, March 29th! Friends, there is a sweet family in our church and community that needs some ❤️. Last August, Nick Gomes suffered a traumatic brain injury due to a fall while working on a jobsite. After spending the last six months in various care facilities, Nick is now back home, but his care and recovery require 24-hour attention. His wife, Anjanette, their six children, and both sets of grandparents are working hard to provide Nick the care he needs and so richly deserves.

With that said, the organizers and musicians of the 5th Sunday Singing unanimously agreed to make this Sunday's time of fellowship an opportunity for our community to come alongside the Gomes family and show them Christ's love. We will be accepting donations during the meal at 5 pm and will take up a love offering during the singing, which begins at 6 pm.

If you are unable to attend and would like to contribute, please send us a private message here on Facebook, and we will coordinate with you to ensure the Gomes family receives your donation.

Debit and Credit Cards will be accepted at the event.

Join us for another blessed 5th Sunday Community Gospel Singing on Sunday, March 29th, 2026 at Heritage Hills Baptist Church! There will be a free pitch-in Fried Chicken Dinner in the Christian Life Center beginning at 5:00 pm (CST). Everyone is invited to bring a favorite side dish or dessert to share (but not required!)
The Gospel Singing will begin upstairs in the HHBC Sanctuary at 6:00 pm, featuring musicians and singers from local area churches. All are invited to this special time of praise and fellowship!
