Right, there's work to be done....

Every next level of my business started with a personal transformation. Not a new strategy, not a new market. Me, willing to look at something in myself first.

That only works if you can actually sit with what you find. It's easy to look at a hard truth about yourself for half a second and then reach for a distraction. Growth doesn't happen in that half second. It happens in the part where you stay with it instead of running.

I don't conform to the ways of the world. I renew my mind and I change. Then the things around me change. The business has never once led before I transformed. It has always followed.
