Hey Sozo Family!

From the opening verses of Genesis to the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in Acts 2, Scripture reveals a powerful truth: humanity was never designed to live apart from the Spirit of God. The Kingdom is not merely a future destination or a religious system; it is the reign and reality of God breaking into human lives through the Holy Spirit.

In this Pentecost Sunday message, Joel Lowry walks through Acts 1–2, Genesis 1–2, and John 3 to explore how the Spirit restores our union with God, and empowers us to live see the Kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven.

Jesus announced the Kingdom. The Holy Spirit makes the Kingdom a reality within us.

We loved celebrating Mother’s Day together and honoring the incredible mothers and spiritual mothers who pour out so much love, wisdom, and strength. We also had the joy of celebrating our graduates and all that God has done in their lives through this season.

Thank you to everyone who joined us this weekend. There’s something powerful about gathering as kingdom family, worshiping together, and celebrating the moments that matter. We’re grateful for each of you and excited for all that’s ahead. 💛

It was so great seeing you at Stay-A-While after our gathering yesterday!

We hope you got to stick around, connect with people, and enjoy time with both familiar faces and new ones. There’s something special about slowing down after service and just being together.

We love creating a space where real community can grow — where connections are formed, people feel at home, and family is built week after week.

Yesterday’s Sunday was special—so good being together with you, Sozo family.

This moment from the sermon says it all:
“The kingdom is not achieved, the kingdom is received.”

Swipe through and sit with that truth for a minute.

If you missed it or want to hear the full message, head over to our YouTube, sozosmtx, and watch the sermon—we’d love for you to lean in with us.

We loved worshiping with you—there’s something special about gathering and being reminded that the Kingdom isn’t distant… it’s here, it’s now, it’s within reach.

While we leaned in together, our kids were having a blast too—growing, laughing, and encountering God in their own way.

Grateful for every moment and every person in the room. See you next Sunday!

Students (6th–12th grade), join us June 22–25 for an unforgettable few days at Sozo Youth Camp. This isn’t just a trip—it’s a space to build real friendships, step away from the noise, and encounter Jesus in a personal way.

There’s something powerful about getting away and leaning in. We’ve seen it time and time again—confidence grow, faith come alive, purpose get clearer, and lives genuinely change. The kind of fruit that comes from these moments doesn’t just stay at camp… it carries into everyday life.

Don’t miss what God could do in you this summer. Sign up in our bio or on our website at sozosmtx.com.
