Christ is the only place to turn when you are overwhelmed.

The answer to an overwhelmed heart isn’t found in distraction, success, comfort, or control. It’s found in Christ! The Rock who is higher than us, stronger than us, and able to carry what we can’t.

This Sunday, we looked at Psalm 61 and were reminded that when our hearts are overwhelmed, we don’t have to rely on our own strength. We can cry out to the rock who is higher than we are.

God is our rock, our shelter, and our secure refuge in every season. We just have to trust Him, because fear and faith cannot successfully share the throne of your heart.
