Victory Church of the Bay Area is a Christ-centered, Spirit-empowered and socially responsible church in the San Francisco Bay Area that exists to Honor God and Make Disciples. We exist to love and honor Him in everything that we say, think and do. A result of loving and honoring God with all our hearts is to obey His command to go and make disciples of people whom He loves and died for. We aim to

accomplish this by Engaging our culture and community, Establishing spiritual foundations in new believers, Equipping believers to minister, and Empowering them to make disciples. Victory is a member of Every Nation, a worldwide family of churches and ministries that exists to honor God by establishing Christ-centered, Spirit-empowered, socially responsible churches and campus ministries in every nation. A New Season of Leadership at Victory Bay Area!

On May 3rd, we gathered for a beautiful and solemn Ordination Service to witness the formal setting apart of three dedicated leaders for the work of the Gospel. Led by Ptr. Jun Escosar and Ptr. Neil Bernardino, the service was a powerful time of worship and consecration.

Through the laying on of hands and prayer, we officially recognized the calling and commitment of our new Lay Pastors:

* Pastor Lawrence Joaquin
* Pastor Angelo Ferreras
* Pastor Rizalino de Guzman

Ordination is more than a title; it is a public recognition of a private devotion to Christ and a deep commitment to the spiritual well-being of others. As these men take on the mantle of leadership, we stand behind them as one body united in our mission to honor God and make disciples.

The world in one room.

Our Victory Bay Area delegates experienced the world in one room during the Every NationGo Conference 2026 in Manila, Philippines.

With over 80 nations represented, there was nothing quite like the sound of every tribe and tongue engaged in worship, prayer, and the shared mission to make disciples.

It is a powerful reminder that we are part of something so much bigger than ourselves.

There is still room—we will continue to know Christ and make Him known to all tribes and nations.
