This Father's Day, we were grateful for the opportunity to honor and celebrate the fathers in our church family. We thank God for the men who faithfully lead, protect, provide, encourage, and point their families toward Christ.
Our children in Sunday School lovingly created special Father's Day cards to express their appreciation and gratitude for the fathers and father figures in our church. Their thoughtful words and creative artwork brought many smiles and served as a reminder of the impact a godly father can have on the next generation.
As a small token of appreciation, we also gifted each father a flashlight. Just as a flashlight provides light in the darkness and helps guide the way, fathers are called to be spiritual leaders who shine the light of Christ in their homes and communities. May they continue to walk faithfully with the Lord and illuminate the path for those entrusted to their care.
