"The Push and Pull of Fear and Peace"
Rev. Doug Gray

🌈 Last night, faith communities from across Utah came together for something beautiful.

The Interfaith Pride Service was a powerful reminder that love, belonging, and grace are stronger when we gather together. Thank you to everyone who attended, shared in worship, and helped create a space where all people were welcomed, affirmed, and celebrated. We are especially grateful that Rev. Doug Gray was able to participate in this meaningful evening of community and hope.

There is a place for everyone at God’s table. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

While the holiday weekend is behind us, the sacrifices made by so many are worthy of remembrance every day. We give thanks for their courage, honor their legacy, and pray for all families who have lost loved ones in military service.

May we continue to be people who work for peace, justice, and compassion in our communities and in our world.

“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.” — Matthew 5:9 (NIV)

Thank you to all who have served, and especially to those who made the ultimate sacrifice.🇺🇸

We are thrilled to support the incredible work of Crossroads Urban Center with this donation as they continue expanding food, clothing, and emergency services for our community.

At First Congregational Church of Salt Lake City, we believe faith calls us to serve others with compassion, dignity, and hope — and we are honored to help invest in a project that will make a lasting impact across Salt Lake City. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible.
