Central Church of the Nazarene

Central Church of the Nazarene "I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes" -Romans 1:16

In addition to Sunday School (9:30am) and worship (11:00am) on Sunday mornings, Central Church has Friday night gatherings for children/adults and Wednesday evenings for teens. Central Church also partners with Central Compassion Center in distributing food/clothing on Saturday mornings. Central Church of the Nazarene is part of the global Church of the Nazarene, which is a Christian denomination

with ministries in over 160 world areas. The name "Nazarene" refers to Jesus, who lived in the town of Nazareth (see Matthew 2:23). For more information about the Church of the Nazarene, visit www.nazarene.org.

It is a great joy to be with hundreds if leaders for Nazarene Youth Conference as they are in Salt Lake City to prepare for NYC 2026. Around 10,000 people from all around the USA/Canada region will come for this big event in July. Pray for the preparations that have been in process for years now, for the teens and adults who are coming, and for what they will do here.

Nos alegra mucho estar con cientos de líderes de la Conferencia de Jóvenes Nazarenos (NYC), quienes se encuentran en Salt Lake City preparándose para NYC 2026. Alrededor de 10,000 personas de toda la región de EE. UU. y Canadá asistirán a este gran evento en julio. Oremos por los preparativos que se han estado realizando durante años, por los adolescentes y adultos que asistirán y por lo que harán aquí.
