This bronze relief of today's saint, St. Thomas More, was commissioned by MCC and hangs outside our chapel, which is also named for More. How come?

St. Thomas More is the patron saint of statesmen and politicians, and MCC interacts with policymakers in Michigan to advance public policy to serve the common good.

A historic moment in the life of the Church is drawing near!

Tickets for the Beatification of Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen will be available beginning Tuesday, June 23, at 10 a.m. CDT.

The Beatification Mass will take place on September 24, 2026, at The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis, Missouri. Catholics from across the United States and around the world are expected to gather to celebrate the life and witness of one of the Church’s greatest evangelizers.

Pilgrims are also invited to participate in the official Sheen Pilgrimage, which includes special Masses, prayer opportunities, visits to Archbishop Sheen’s tomb in Peoria, and other events from September 15-26.

Today on Father’s Day, we pray for all fathers: those who are new dads, grieving a loss, or longing to become fathers. We also pray for husbands facing infertility, that they may be strengthened in their vocation to love.

Protecting parents' rights: MCC recently supported a bill ensuring parental access to their children’s medical records, including in situations where a child seeks medical care without notification of the parent.

MCC consistently supports legislation that protects parental rights and recognizes the responsibilities parents have in raising their children.

The legislation is HB 5974, sponsored by Joseph Aragona - State Representative
