Temple Adas Israel joins the Sag Harbor and greater Hamptons community in mourning the tragic loss of Cesar, a member of the Pierson Middle School community, last week. We extend our deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy to Cesar’s family, friends, classmates, and all who knew and loved him. During this time of sorrow, the Temple Adas Israel community holds his loved ones and our entire community in our hearts. May Cesar’s memory be a blessing.

📖✨ A Meaningful End to Hebrew School 5786/2026 ✨📖

We wrapped up our final day of Hebrew School with a beautiful Family Torah Service led by Rabbi Dan 💙

A special moment of the afternoon was seeing our incredible teen teaching assistants — Chloe, Emerson, and Max (fresh home from college!) — chant the Torah blessings, helping guide our community in prayer and tradition. Watching our students grow into leaders is what Jewish learning is all about. 💫

Thank you to all of our families, teachers, and students for an amazing year of learning, laughter, and community. Wishing everyone a wonderful summer! ☀️

🧵✨ Wrapped Up an Incredible Year of Hebrew School! ✨🧵

We celebrated the last day of Hebrew School 5786/2026 with a special family project: creating a Shalom Quilt 💙

Together, families helped create a beautiful quilt filled with messages, creativity, and community — a reminder that even as the school year ended, the connections we built continued to grow.

We celebrated, created, and ended the year with a little extra shalom 🕊️
