You are invited to "Meditating With Doug", on two Thursday evenings: June 18 and July 2, 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Society of Sacramento (UUSS), 2425 Sierra Blvd, Sacramento. This group supports new and experienced meditators who want to deepen their meditation practices. Doug Kraft will facilitate the group and draw from the experiences of the whole group. Doug has been studying and teaching meditation for over fifty years. He was the lead minister of UUSS from 1999 to 2013 and is Minister Emeritus. He is also a psychotherapist.
