Last night our confirmands were baptized or remembered their baptism and were confirmed in their faith. This morning they officially joined the church. Also this morning, was the recognition of our graduating seniors. The junior moms did a great job hosting the brunch and Teila shared a good message to the parents.
Lots of new beginnings for these students! Let’s keep them held in prayer as one set continues to grow in their faith while the other goes to live out their faith in new places, new ways and amongst new people. ❤️🙏🏻

Tonight, our youth hosted an Appreciation Dinner for our Small Group Leaders. Brisket was provided by the youth department and the students provided the side dishes and desserts. The students also plated the food and served the leaders. It was a great evening! We are blessed to have so many adults who are willing to serve, lead and love our youth! If you weren’t able to come tonight, please know we love and appreciate YOU!! If you love young people and are looking for a place to serve, we have a place for you.

This week, Emma Lary came to job shadow in the youth department. Emma’s school offers students the opportunity to pick where they would like to go and learn about a profession. We are so thankful to have students who want to learn about working and serving in the church. Emma was a blessing to have in the office this week!
