🏛️✨ Vacation Bible School Joy!

Our kids had an amazing week traveling back in time to ROME: Paul and the Underground Church. They learned what it meant to stand strong in faith, encourage one another, and share God’s love even in challenging times.

From hands‑on activities to powerful lessons, their excitement lit up the whole church. Seeing them grow, laugh, and learn together was a true blessing.

We’re grateful for every child, volunteer, and parent who made this week unforgettable. Silver Grove’s future is bright with these young disciples shining for Christ!

🌸 Condolences for Mother Elsie “Ma Elsie” Lovelace 🌸

Our hearts are deeply saddened as we honor the life and legacy of Mother Elsie “Ma Elsie” Lovelace, a cherished mother of Silver Grove Baptist Church. Her faith, her wisdom, and her gentle strength have shaped our church family for generations.

Ma Elsie’s love was steady, her prayers were powerful, and her presence was a blessing to all who knew her. She poured into this church with grace, kindness, and a mother’s heart—leaving behind a legacy that will continue to guide and uplift us.

We thank God for her life, her service, and the beautiful example she set. May the comfort of the Holy Spirit surround her family, loved ones, and our entire Silver Grove community during this time of loss.
