The wound may be in the past, but that doesn’t mean it stopped affecting the present. And ... we've all been wounded.

Tomorrow, I’ll be preaching about what happens after the wound—spiritually, emotionally, and relationally. You might be surprised where the Bible takes this subject.

As we gather together to exalt Jesus, I'll do my best to share what I believe God has given me to preach.

I hope you'll consider inviting someone. I'm praying with you for the Lord to transform lives.

From the "table" (Daniel 1) to the "den" (Daniel 6), it is important for us to learn how to stand for God in the small things before you need Him in the big things.

For the last two years to 36 months, there have been what feels like hundreds of meetings—with architects, engineers, zoning committees, administrators, operational teams and department leaders—all working toward one thing:

Making room.

Some minor construction is already underway at one location, with more hopefully beginning in the next few months.

And the need is real.

Across the locations, there are several good problems ...

We are desperate for more seats in some of our services. At some facilities, we need more kids' classrooms. More small group meeting rooms. Expanded gathering spaces. More room for people to encounter Jesus, build relationships and be discipled.

In this link is a playlist of 3-D renderings and fly-through of the full-phase opportunities that are before us.

Some of what you will see is already in motion. Other portions will happen as, or if, God provides the means and opportunity to make them possible. But all of it represents a vision we have been praying, planning and working toward for quite some time.

Buildings are not the mission.

People are.

So may we bow at the altar and cry out for souls. May we arise with Spirit-empowered unction to impart the commands of Christ through discipleship to every generation.

And may we continue to MAKE ROOM—for God and for others.

It's God's will for men everywhere to lift up holy hands and lead the way through Spirit-empowered, consecrated lifestyles. Tonight took another step in that direction. I'm grateful for all the men that joined me for a night of seeking the Lord together.

Daniel drew a line at a table in chapter 1 before he ever met a lion in chapter 6.

Standing for God in the small things helps build the courage to stand for God in the big things.

In fact, the faith at chapter 1's table may be more important than chapter 6's den.

We all need a verse 8 moment like Daniel had at the beginning of his journey.

The enemy doesn't have to destroy your gift or talent if he can redefine how you use it.

I don’t believe many corporations are as concerned about women’s health as they are about protecting their bottom line. The consequence is that their policies and influence have helped normalize a culture in which more than 65,000,000 unborn lives have been lost in the United States since 1973.
