We had a very informative meeting last night at the RCBA Ex Bd Mtg. Elizabeth Rzad shared a written report which I read at the meeting.
“We have had over 350 volunteers hours for October and November and this is just from a handful of women and 1 man. We have also given away over 13,000 pcs of clothing and well over 1100 household items. This month for Christmas I am making stockings to hand out for the kids. Just random things in it. Hair bows candy, ornaments, books something we have lots of extra of. Kids are loving it I had pasted out a few on Saturday. We are still looking for volunteers to help on Monday 8-12. Wednesday 8-12 and Saturday 8-12. Please add this to your bulletin at Church. Any question please contact me at 270-585-3600.

Also collecting money for the mold repairs on the Clothing Center. Thus far we have $10,000 from a grant and $120 dollars donated
The Association voted last night to give up to $5,000 to help begin the repair process.
Perhaps your church would like to give to the overall work of mold repairs on the building. Please let us know. Contact me Sheldon Hale or Elizabeth. God bless you the RCBA and the Clothing Center ministry

Praise the Lord for the ministry provided last Friday night at the Christmas Parade in Russell County. For the 35 years a WMU sponsored outreach to the people who braved the cold weather to watch the parade. In front of our RCBA Clothing Center 5 ladies give away free hot chocolate, snacks and lots of Gospel Tracts. These ladies were from Welfare Baptist, Mt. Vernon Baptist and Liberty Baptist. Thank you for ministering in Jesus’ name. I also saw the float from Liberty Baptist Church. God bless you for sowing the seed of the Gospel!
Don’t forget to attend The Living Christmas Tree which will be presented at Liberty Baptist Church this weekend. Praise the Lord for what God is doing through our Churches!

Thanksgiving is more than just football and turkey. It is a time to Praise the Lord and give thanks for who HE is and for all HE has done! Thanksgiving is an attitude of the heart and an expression of gratitude and praise. God bless the ministries of the RCBA churches!
Some special dates for us to be involved in and to pray for God’s blessings.
1. Clothing Center has some great financial needs to fix the building because of some mold issues. Contact our Co-Directors and give an extra gift toward the repair on the building.
2. WMU sponsors a ministry toward the Christmas Parade on November 29th. They provide Hot Chocolate, snacks, tracts and other information to the community watching the parade as it passes in front of the Clothing Center.
3. The Living Christmas Tree will be presented at Liberty Baptist Church on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It is presented by a Community Choir and is a great opportunity to invite people to hear the old, old Christmas story in music.
4. Ex Bd Mtg, Dec 2nd 6:00pm at Welfare Baptist Church.
5. Christmas Day- Dec 25th

Mt. Vernon Baptist Church will be hosting the World Day of Prayer on Sunday Nov. 2nd at 3:00 pm CST.
My. Vernon Baptist Church is having Fall Festival and a Chili Cookoff Day on Sunday February 9th. They are also accepting contributions to help the children/youth reach their Mile of Pennies Goal.
You are invited to attend these meetings at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church.

Good morning to all of our RCBA family and friends. Enjoy this beautiful weather!
Several things I would like to call to your attention:
Don’t forget that October is Pastor and Staff Appreciation Month. Honor them and pray for them.
Also next week is our Week of Prayer for Associational Mission. Two ways you can give; Financial needs of the Association and/or a financial gift to the RCBA Clothing Center. The CC is in in desperate need of financial support for repairs and Mold removal. Contact our CC Co-directors for more info.
