What a week it has been at Rainforest Falls Vacation Bible School.

Hundreds of children, teen leaders, volunteers, musicians, and parish staff have come together to create an unforgettable week rooted in faith, family, and fun.

From prayer and worship to games, crafts, music, and fellowship, every corner of our campus has been filled with energy, laughter, and the joy of growing closer to God.

As we head into our final day tomorrow, we are grateful for everyone who helped make this ministry possible and for the many young lives touched throughout the week.

Thank you for helping make St. Clare such a vibrant parish community.

Corpus Christi at St. Clare

Today, our parish gathered for the Corpus Christi Eucharistic Procession — a beautiful public witness to our faith and to the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist.

Led in prayer and reverence, the procession moved through our parish grounds as families, children, clergy, ministers, and parishioners came together to honor Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament.

Moments like this remind us that our faith is alive, visible, and meant to be shared.

Thank you to Father George, our clergy, altar servers, volunteers, ministers, and everyone who helped make today’s procession such a meaningful expression of faith for our St. Clare community.

With a grateful heart, I want to thank each and every one of you for your response to our recent Commitment Weekend for With Faith & Light We Build Together.

What we witnessed was truly inspiring. Our parish came together in faith, generosity, and unity—each person responding in their own way. Whether you made a pledge for the first time, increased your commitment, or supported the campaign through prayer, your response is a powerful expression of your love for our parish and your trust in what God is building among us.

I am especially grateful to all members of our Campaign Team, who generously offered their time, talent, and dedication over many months. Their leadership, witness, and personal outreach have been a true gift to our parish community.

This is an important step forward in the life of St. Clare, and it belongs to all of us.

As we move ahead, I want to assure you that we will continue to keep you informed. We will provide regular updates on campaign totals and the progress of the Multi-Purpose Hall both on our parish website and in the bulletin, so that you can follow the impact of your generosity.

Please continue to keep this effort in your prayers, that all we do may be guided by faith and filled with God’s light.

Thank you again for your generosity, your faith, and your commitment to the future of St. Clare.

Yours in Christ,

In Christ,
Fr. George

My name is Bill Durborough, and St. Clare has become a very important part of my life and faith journey. I currently serve as an usher, Co-Chair of the Social Concerns Ministry, and as a 4th Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus. Through these ministries, I’ve been blessed with countless opportunities to serve both our parish family and the wider community.

One of the most meaningful parts of my service is helping collect and distribute clothing donations to those experiencing homelessness. Every day, people come through our doors in need of something as simple as a clean t-shirt, a pair of pants, or a good pair of shoes. Seeing the gratitude and joy on their faces when they receive these basic necessities is incredibly moving. Moments like these remind me why our parish’s mission of compassion and service is so important, and they make every bit of the hard work worthwhile.

I chose to participate in this campaign because I am an active member of this parish and I see firsthand how urgently additional space and storage are needed. Our ministries continue to expand, our outreach efforts continue to grow, and our parish family continues to welcome more people each week. The new building will help us better serve our community, support our ministries, and provide the room necessary for future growth. The parish community continues to grow rapidly, especially at the 7:30 a.m. Mass, where attendance has doubled in recent years. It is truly inspiring to see so many people seeking a place to worship, connect, and grow in their faith together.

St. Clare is a parish filled with generous hearts and a strong spirit of service. I am proud to be part of this effort and excited for what this next chapter will mean for our parish family and for all those we serve.
