Roseburg Christian Fellowship

Roseburg Christian Fellowship We are a fellowship of believers in the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who died & rose again. All are welcome to come to our services. Welcome to RCF!

We study the Bible verse by verse, dig into it, and seek to apply it to our lives to grow for the better. We are blessed that you have found us here at Roseburg Christian Fellowship. We are a Calvary Chapel. An outreach fellowship from the Applegate Christian Fellowship in Jacksonville, OR. We have been serving and worshiping together here in Roseburg since 1983. We are a fellowship of believers t

hat rests firmly in His grace and His agape love for us. It is our desire to know Christ and to be conformed to His image by the power of the Holy Spirit. May the Lord bless you as you join us in exalting Him as King of kings and Lord of lords! What We Believe

We Believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, inerrant, authoritative Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:15-17;2 Peter 1:21)

We Believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (Genesis 1:1; Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; John 10:30)

We Believe in the deity of Christ (John 10:33); His virgin birth (Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:23; Luke 1:34-35); His sinless life (Hebrews 4:15, 7:26); His miracles (Hebrews 2:9); His resurrection (John 11:25; (1 Corinthians 15:4); His ascension to the right hand of the Father (Mark 16:19); His personal return to earth in power and glory. (Acts 1:11; Revelation 19:11-16)

We Believe in the absolute necessity of regeneration for salvation because of the exceeding sinfulness of human nature. We are justified by faith in the shed blood of Christ, and only by God’s grace, through faith, are we saved. (John 3:16-19; 5:24; Romans 3:23, 5:8-9; Ephesians 2:8-10; Titus 3:5)We Believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by Whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. (Romans 8:13-14; 1 Corinthians 3:16; 6:19-20; Ephesians 4:30, 5:18)

We Believe worship of God should be spiritual; therefore, we remain flexible and yielded to the leading of the Holy Spirit to direct our worship. (John 4:21-24)

We Believe worship of God should be inspirational and consider music to be an integral part of our worship. (Psalm 150:3-6)

We Believe worship of God should be intelligent; therefore, our services are designed with great emphasis upon the teaching of the Word of God that He might instruct us how He should be worshiped. (Psalm 119:62-64)

We Believe worship of God is fruitful; therefore, we look for His love in our lives as the greatest evidence that we have been worshiping Him. (Psalm 116:1-2)

We Believe that the true basis for Christian fellowship is God’s Agape love, and it is that love that will bring spiritual unity to the Body of Christ. (Psalm 34:1-3, Ephesians 4:13-16)

Hi, I'm Jennifer, and I have been married to my best friend, Troy, for 26 years! We have four amazing adult children, plus their equally amazing spouses, and five wonderful grandkids I love dearly. You will often find me showing pictures or videos of them to coworkers, friends, or pretty much anyone who is standing close to me! I've attended RCF for about 30 years (give or take), and over the years I have served in the nursery, children’s ministry, youth group, the coffee shop, women’s ministry, and honestly wherever God has given my husband and me a chance to serve the body together! Right now, we are blessed to oversee the marriage ministry. Our heart's desire is to see marriages thrive and flourish in the Lord. I also have the best job working at RCF as one of the bookkeepers. It makes my day when ladies swing by to say hello, grab a hug, and a prayer!

I love simple things like putting together puzzles, hunting for “treasures” at second-hand stores, making my own kombucha, sipping dark roast coffee on my deck while studying God’s Word, watching sunsets with my man, and hiking and exploring new trails! I’m a PNW girl through and through who loves all the seasons and the beauty of Oregon! But most of all, I love my Creator God, who displays His faithfulness to me in every sunrise, His majesty in the heavens, and His exceptional grace in forgiving my sinful heart and giving me the gift of eternity! “Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and His greatness is unsearchable!” Ps. 145:3

... Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen. Then He said to them, "Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men." Matt. 4:18-19

Jesus rarely calls at a time that is convenient to us. But, Peter and Andrew immediately left their nets and followed Him. V. 20.

Am I willing to say "yes" when He does?
