Burem Missionary Baptist Church ​Our mission comes directly from Matthew 28:19. Engagement - the body of Christ has many different parts working together to make the whole.

Fellowship - we believe that community among Christ-followers facilitates encouragement, prayer, edification, and accountability.

It’s time to MOVE UP in Sunday School! 🙌

With a new school year underway, our children and youth will move into their Sunday School class based on the grade they started this school year.

Our Sunday School classes include:

👶 Nursery
🖍️ Preschool/Kindergarten
📚 1st & 2nd Grade
✏️ 3rd, 4th & 5th Grade
🙌 6th, 7th & 8th Grade
❤️ Youth
🤍 Young Adult
📖 Adult

You will attend the Sunday School class for the grade you started this year.

There’s a place for every age to learn, grow, and spend time in God’s Word together!

We are so proud of all our Girls in Action and all they have done for the Lord this year! 💕 Another year of badges on their sashes and another year of learning, growing, and serving Him!

We are especially proud of Julie Rose as she graduates from GA’s and moves up to Youth. She has been such a joy and a wonderful leader in class. She will be missed , but we can’t wait to see her continue to grow in the Lord! 💗

We’re excited for a new year of GA’s and can’t wait to welcome our new first graders! 🌸✝️

Every hand has a purpose in the church. 🤍

The little hands coloring and learning about Jesus.
The tiny baby hands being held and loved.
The hands lifted in worship. 🙌
The hands of our worship leaders guiding us in praise.
The pastor’s hands holding the Word and pointing us to Jesus.
The hands giving an offering.
The hands serving, praying, teaching, welcoming, cleaning, cooking, helping, and loving.

Some hands are big. Some are little. Some serve where everyone can see, while others serve quietly behind the scenes.

But every hand matters. Every person has a place. Every act of service is important in the body of Christ.

School is back in session! 📚✏️

The homework, the reading, running to sports and practices, packing lunches, keeping up with schedules, and all the in-between is officially in full swing.

But Wednesday night church isn’t just one more thing to add to your plate. ❤️

It’s the midweek refueling that helps us keep doing all the things.

In the middle of a busy week, come slow down, open God’s Word, spend time with your church family, and refocus your heart on what matters most.
