Humble Beginnings
This Church was formed to bring more people to God; to bring awareness of His teachings; to help those in need, and to help make the world a better place. Our Church wants to help improve the quality of life for every human being around the world, whether they are members of our Church or not. Our Church motto is “God loves us all, regardless of race, gender, or cultural and rel
igious upbringing.” We dream of a world that is safe for all and where women and girls can go out without fear; a world where the homeless and underprivileged are fed and taught, and where everyone treats each other as family, just as God intended. These are the beliefs, hopes, and dreams that this Church is built upon. Mission Statement
Our Congregation's Goals and Purpose
Our congregation includes our Church members, as well as those individuals around the world who come to us for emotional healing and support. We follow the teachings of Jesus Christ through prayer, herbs, cleansing of the body, healing foods, and uplifting the human spirit and mind, so we can all live in harmony with God Almighty and serve Him and all His people. This Church has been organized to support our Lord's teachings on Natural Healing, namely, using Folk Medicine, which is an ancient healing practice taught by Our Lord using herbs, foods, and prayer to heal and purify the body, mind, and spirit. The human body is an amazing temple that performs at its best when cleansed and kept purified. We support those who are less fortunate by donating food and money to charitable organizations, and promoting them as well. In addition, we help those in need of help in the form of guidance and spreading God's teachings to those who are lost or without faith. We focus on emotional healing and stability for all those victims of abuse who are a part of our charity, Safety and Help For Women and Daughters, which is an outreach arm of our Church that supports abuse victims. We actively support Bethesda Cares, an organization that provides meals and assistance to homeless and needy individuals as well. Our Church practices partaking of natural foods and herbs as Our Lord taught in order to balance the body, the mind, and the spirit. We practice uplifting our community and human kind and supporting those charities that help underprivileged and needy people. All of our strength and wisdom comes from Christ Our Lord, who taught love and compassion, and we focus on spreading that message. We have gone back to the ancient practices and teachings of our Savior to bring healing, strength, health, wellness, and balance to the human body and spirit. Helping and loving one another will bring us all closer to God and spiritual and emotional healing. We aim to be in harmony with God and Nature, and to spread and encourage peace, tolerance, and acts of kindness and compassion. In addition to our charitable work, we also focus on today's humanitarian issues; we research and study new age Christianity, and we connect the Lord's teachings to all people and humanitarianism, essentially creating a global international Christianity. A lot of our research and discussions on humanitarianism are presented through our charity, Safety and Help for Women and Daughters, where our members can discuss these matters and how to offer aid where needed. Our Church aims to present Christianity in a positive light to people around the world, which will bring the lost to God; in His arms, all will have a home. We support those in need and other charitable organizations. We believe and actively advocate anointing the body with oils and supply oils that our members can anoint themselves for a small donation in order to help cleanse their minds, bodies, and spirits. We pride ourselves in using oils that mimic, as close as possible, those used by Jesus Christ in Biblical days and on giving back to the community where we can help to create more positive, healthy, safe environments. In addition our donations help support Bethesda Cares; to buying supplies for the Church; to feeding homeless individuals, and to keeping the Church afloat financially so it can do the Lord's work. Everything we do is aimed at bringing awareness to God and his teachings, helping others, and giving people worldwide, a higher quality of life while adhering to Christ's teachings. Proud Accomplishments
Our Church has accomplished some wonderful things that have made the quality of life better for many people everywhere. Here are just a few of our accomplishments:
Our Church regularly donates food to Bethesda Cares located in Bethesda, MD. Many abuse victims love the extension of our Church, Safety and Help for Women and Daughters; which has positively changed lives. Our charity is helping to bring emotional healing through God and love to people everyone. We use this charity to spread compassion and to bring a modern worldwide aspect to Christianity. We practice tolerance, acceptance, and openness for all of God's children. Though our Church is small, we have been able to use technology to reach people globally and to bring Christianity and God's teachings to many people. God is not limited by geographical location, and neither are we. Expansion
Our Church is in the process of expanding. We want to help even more individuals by becoming affiliated with more charities and offering them our support and aide. Some of the charities and organizations that we are considering becoming affiliated with include: NOMAS, the National Organization for Men Against Sexism; V-Day, which is against violence against women and girls; Save The Children, as well as many other charitable organizations.
