Happy Birthday to one of the quiet pillars of our church- Diana! Her heart for service shines in everything she does. Diana is one of those rare treasures who works faithfully behind the scenes, but whose impact is felt by everyone who walks through our doors.
From the moment families arrive, Diana is there, checking little ones into children’s church and making sure every child is safely returned to their parents. She is the creative force behind our bulletin every single week, putting it together faithfully alongside her husband. She has a gift for noticing our first-time visitors, making sure each one is warmly welcomed and leaves with a little something in their hand to remember us by. She lovingly oversees our greeting ministry too, handling the scheduling and gently making sure everything is in place, quietly facilitating it all with grace so the whole front of the house runs smoothly, from before service begins to after the last goodbye.
But more than all she does, it’s who she is that makes Diana so special. She has a gentle spirit, a caring heart, and a quiet strength that blesses our whole church family. She is a godly wife who serves faithfully alongside her husband, and a godly mother whose love and example are clearly seen in her children. They are a beautiful reflection of the home she’s built and the faith she lives out every day. Her family is a testimony to the kind of woman she is.
Diana, you may not always see the difference you make, but we do, and you are a true treasure to this church and to the body of Christ.
