Hard to believe, but we are just seven days away from an afternoon of music, history, and "Beatleology!"

If you haven’t marked your calendar yet, now is the time. We’re getting everything ready for "Rev. Faerie" Elaine Silver to take us on a journey through the transformative power of the Fab Four. It’s part concert, part deep-dive lecture, and 100% community spirit.

📍 Where: UU Friendship Fellowship (3115 Friendship Place, Rockledge)
🕓 When: Next Saturday, June 6 | 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM

A quick reminder on admission:
This event is open and free to everyone in our community! To help support our guest artist’s journey to be with us, we kindly ask for a love offering/gift to cover travel costs.

Grab a friend and come celebrate the music that changed the world. We can’t wait to see you there! ✌️✨

What happens when a private experience becomes a public story? 🎙️✨

For seven weeks before Pentecost, the disciples gathered privately in an upper room, trying to make sense of what they had lived through. When they finally walked out, they didn’t just deliver a doctrine - they told a story of what they had seen, and what they believed it meant.

This is the trajectory of every witness. A civil rights survivor, a climate traveler, a neighbor who has served families experiencing homelessness - each carries something private they feel compelled to share.

This Sunday at UUFF, we are asking: What makes such telling endure? And what does it cost? Join us as we explore why the witnesses who suggest often outlast those who declare.

We are honored to welcome guest speaker Scott Tilley, emeritus professor at Florida Tech, president of Big Data Florida, and "Spirituality Today" columnist for Florida Today.

Do you enjoy our coffee hour and fellowship after the service?
We could use a few more volunteers to help us with preparing the coffee and setting out refreshments in our Egret Room. We would appreciate it very much if you could pick up some items and bring them in with you to share (cookies, crackers, light snack items, etc). This helps us to keep on offering everyone a nice time to chat and share while enjoying coffee, tea and snacks. You can sign up in the kitchen on the white board on the wall. No experience needed - we will train you. Thank you!

Inside Out vs. Outside In. Which way are you living? 🔄 👇

Most of us try to live from the outside in. We spend so much energy trying to control our circumstances and avoid discomfort. The problem? Life doesn't obey our rules. When we rely entirely on external things to feel okay, a sudden shift can leave us feeling overwhelmed or bitter.

There is a better way. 🌀

Living from the inside out means building a deep internal life that is entirely yours - one that the world can’t take away from you. It doesn't mean you won't face storms; it means you won't be overthrown by them. ⚓

Join us for an inspiring evening with Brent Holladay. As a retired Presbyterian Minister, Soto Zen Buddhist Monk, and local Marriage & Family Therapist, Brent brings a beautiful blend of spiritual depth and practical insight to this conversation.

Come shift your perspective and learn how to cultivate true inner resilience.

Join us this Sunday, May 24th, 10:30AM @ 3115 Friendship Place, Rockledge FL.

Feel free to share this post or tag a friend who could use a little more grounding right now! 🤍

Did you know that if China’s elderly population formed its own country, it would be the 4th largest in the world? 📈
Demographics and technology are reshaping the globe, yet the "rising powers" we’ve come to expect are nowhere on the horizon. Is the era of the Great Power struggle winding down?

Join us this Sunday at 10:30AM as Dr. Michael Beckley breaks down his recent research from Foreign Affairs on the changing world order and the "obscure" story beginning to unfold.

Matrescence: The Journey of Motherhood
Join us this Mother’s Day for a special service exploring the transformative process of Matrescence.

Comparable to adolescence, matrescence is the normative, lifelong process of becoming a mother. It encompasses profound physical, emotional, and social changes - from massive hormonal shifts and brain remodeling to a complete identity restructuring. It is not just a moment, but a journey that evolves over a lifetime.

This Sunday, we will gather to explore, reflect on, and honor this powerful path.

✨ Participate in our Honoring Table
We invite you to bring a photograph or a symbol that represents the mother figure in your life to share on our communal honoring table as we celebrate the figures who have shaped us.

Meet the Speaker: Ally
Ally has been a member of UUFF for three years and has spent the past year serving as Chair of the CLC. Her connection to UUFF stems from a belief in a community that embraces diversity, explores its curiosities, and celebrates each person’s full humanity. Above all, Ally is most proud of being Stephen’s wife and Cruz’s mom. She hopes UUFF will continue to be a place where Cruz - and all children - can grow up feeling seen, valued, and safe.

🧡 Our May Charity of the Month: Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida

Food is more than just a meal - it is a foundation for a better life. This month, we are proud to support Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida in their mission to end hunger across our community. 🥗✨

Every single day, Second Harvest provides over 300,000 meals to families, children, and seniors. For a child, that meal is fuel to learn; for a parent, it’s a step toward stability; and for a senior, it’s the comfort of knowing they aren’t alone.

How you can help this month:
- Give: Your donations help provide the resources needed to keep our neighbors fed.
- Learn: Visit feedhopenow.org to see the incredible scale of their work.
- Share: Spread the word! Hunger is often invisible, but our collective support makes a massive difference.

Let’s come together this May to help nourish Central Florida. Together, we can provide the start of something better! 🤝🧡
