Honors Sunday was beautifully done. Although it was a new approach, it was both meaningful and exciting.

Thank you, Rev. Arkia Stroud, for ministering to our youth and reminding them that when God is taking them through a season of challenges, He is preparing them for something greater. Your message was truly inspiring and encouraging.

The Youth of Mount Hebron would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the Men of Mount Hebron and everyone else who helped sponsor our trip to Carowinds. Your generosity and support made this wonderful experience possible.

We were truly blessed to fellowship together and spend quality time with Pastor Joseph. We would also like to thank our chaperones, Ms. Arlene, Ms. Sade, and Mr. Jimmy, for sacrificing their time to ensure that our trip was safe, enjoyable, and memorable.

This opportunity would not have been possible without the love and support of our church family. We are grateful for each of you and thank you for investing in our youth.

VBS Day 5 was an incredible way to close an amazing week! With 71 attendees, we had our highest attendance of the week. Our children had an absolute blast during Water Day, enjoying fun, fellowship, and making lasting memories.
VBS 2026 was nothing short of amazing, and it would not have been possible without the love, support, and dedication of our Mount Hebron Church Family and Friends. Thank you to everyone who volunteered, donated, prayed, and participated throughout the week.
We are truly grateful for each of you!

VBS Day 4 & 5 Lessons�Jesus Is the Proven Son of God & Jesus Is God’s Plan for Forgiveness

With 70 in attendance our youth completed their final lessons today, they learned that the Bible clearly declares Jesus as the proven Son of God and God’s ultimate plan for forgiveness. Through His sacrificial death on the cross, Jesus made reconciliation with God possible for all who believe in Him. Scripture teaches that faith in Jesus is the only way to receive forgiveness of sins and the gift of eternal life.

This week's lessons reminded us of how blessed we are to serve a loving God who sent His Son to save us and forgive us of our shortcomings. We are grateful for the knowledge, fellowship, and spiritual growth that took place throughout this week.

We have truly been blessed during VBS 2026!

Day 3 of VBS focused on the lesson: Jesus Is the Powerful Son of God.
Throughout the New Testament, Jesus is revealed not only as our Savior and Teacher, but also as the all-powerful Son of God who demonstrated divine authority over every aspect of creation. Our classes discussed how Jesus showed His power through His miracles, His teachings, and His love for humanity.
Each day that God gives us is an opportunity to thank Him for His many blessings. The first three days of VBS have been amazing, and we are excited about the lessons and experiences still to come as we continue learning more about Jesus, the Light of the World!

Day 2 of VBS was an amazing time as we learned that Jesus is God's Promised Son!
Jesus is the fulfillment of centuries of biblical prophecy, as God promised to send a Savior to humanity. He is the long-awaited Messiah who came to establish an eternal kingdom and restore our relationship with God.
During our lesson, students shared how Jesus continues to bless them and provide for their needs each day. They recognized that His blessings are a reflection of His grace, mercy, and unconditional love—even when we do not deserve it.
