This Tuesday, Aug. 6, we will not be going to the $1 movie due to VBS. Any youth helping with VBS is invited to go to Sonic after VBS. We will leave at 12:10 from Mt Holly and return around 1:30.

Dear VBS volunteers,

If possible, please plan to attend one of two meetings next week on Tuesday, July 9 or Thursday, July 11y evening at 7:00 pm.

Tuesday in the parlor and Thursday in the library.

Meet and Greet- Teachers and assistants
Pass out curriculum
Go over the theme/plan for the week of VBS
See the schedule
Organize class lists
Engage in Q and A sessions

There will be follow-up meetings over the next 4 weeks on both Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm.
These will be held to further organize VBS.
Discuss Simple decorating
Plan snacks
Prepare crafts
Organize registration
and so on...
