Muslim Students' Association at Winthrop University The MSA will promote understanding of Islam among students, and bridge relations between religious groups on campus, to encourage world peace and harmony.

The purpose of this organization shall be to:
a) Promote a sense of community and joint action among the students on campus. b) Promote understanding of Islamic morals and values among students and nearby community. c) Facilitate and enable students to conduct religious, charitable, educational, cultural, and
service activities on-or-off the campus. d) Promote friendly relations between individual

e) Hold joint activities with other student groups on campus to promote world peace and harmony.

Each of these aspects are like an ocean of knowledge and many have dedicated their lives to learn about it. This Wednesday!! This event is the "Unity of Humanity" and it is on April 3rd, at 7:00pm in Richardson Ballroom.

The event will consist of two parts. The first part is a Global Cultural event where performers will sing, recite poetry, and perform spoken word, all based upon the theme of unity! For the second part there will be dinner and dessert, catered by Jasmine Grill and Sodexo, for attendees.

Students, faculty, and staff are all invited, so please spread the word.

There is limited seating available, and the first 100 attendees will be given a door prize!
