Today, change your thinking
Read Philippians 4:8

Whenever an anxious or unhealthy thought enters your mind, pause and ask yourself a few simple questions.

Is it true? Or am I assuming something that hasn't happened?
Is it honorable? Does this thought help me honor God and respect others?
Is it just? Am I seeing this situation fairly, or am I allowing my emotions to distort reality?
Is it pure? Does this thought lead me closer to Christ or farther away?
Is it lovely and of good report? Is it encouraging, uplifting, and worthy of dwelling on?
If the answer is no, it probably doesn't deserve space in your mind.

Today, guard your mind carefully. Choose to dwell on what honors Christ. As your thinking changes, you'll discover that your heart begins to experience the peace that only God can provide.

"Father, thank You for caring about every detail of my life. Forgive me for trying to carry burdens that belong in Your hands. Help me to bring every worry to You in prayer and to trust that You are always working for my good. Fill my heart with gratitude and replace my anxiety with Your perfect peace. In Jesus' name, Amen."
