One of the values we hold highly at Pioneer Church is the value of Missional Living. We consider it a joy to see the Gospel of Jesus Christ take root in and beyond the walls of our own church, and as we’re in a season of celebrating our church’s 5-year anniversary, we’re also celebrating new opportunities to live missionally and see new churches be started. We recently commissioned a family from our church to help plant the forthcoming Redeeming Grace Baptist Church. We praise God for the 5 year journey He has given us, and we’re praying for Redeeming Grace as they begin their journey. Would you join us in praising and praying?

“The LORD is my shepherd; I have what I need. He lets me lie down in green pastures; he leads me beside quiet waters.” -Psalm 23:1-2 ☘️🐑

What a blessing it was to see our children learn and rejoice in this truth at VBS. God was gracious to bless our first VBS and teach our children about Him being their faithful shepherd through Jesus.

VBS will be on Wednesday, July 8th through Friday, July 10th from 6:00pm-8:00pm. Children 3 years old through rising 5th graders are welcome to join us as we get to know the Lord as our Shepherd!

We recently heard a sermon about how God gives His people to serve Him and the church. We are grateful to see that continuously happening at Pioneer. At the end of May, we recognized two new deacons and one new lay elder who have been and will continue using their gifts for the benefit of our church family.

One of our core values at Pioneer is the value of Missional Living. We want to be a church that is fully embracing our God-given mission to make Christ known in every sphere and with opportunity God gives us to do so. We seek to embolden one another in this when we gather on Sundays, and we seek to pray in specific ways whenever someone from our church gets a unique opportunity to be on mission while we’re scattered outside our church walls. This past Sunday, we did that for Lily as she prepares to spend the summer serving with Fuge Camps. She and a team of camp counselors will get to sew Gospel seeds in the lives of many students this summer. Would you join us in praying for her ministry to them?

Set Free Alliance is doing great work by showing tangible expressions of God’s love and redemption to people who are in need and captivity. This past Sunday, we had Connor Graves worship with us, share about their organization, and remind us from God’s Word of the Biblical call to sow gospel seeds among those we encounter who need to know of God’s love and redemption in Christ.
