MINISTERS IN TRAINING (MIT)

Legitimacy. Covering. Preparation. Protection.
There was a time when people would say:

“I don’t need schooling — God called me.”
“I don’t need covering — man didn’t call me, the Lord did.”

But here’s the reality…

We are entering a season where spiritual leadership without structure will carry legal consequences.
Across the nation, lawsuits are increasing against individuals who identify as ministers, prophets, bishops, counselors, or five-fold gifts — yet lack:

• Proper licensing
• Church covering or affiliation
• Ministerial credentials
• Documented training
• Malpractice insurance
• Accountability structures

The days of self-proclaimed platforms with no pastoral covering, no church home, and no oversight are quickly fading.

If you are giving prophetic words…
If you are offering spiritual counsel…
If you are teaching doctrine publicly…

And something goes wrong — you could find yourself not in prayer… but in court.

Calling does not cancel responsibility.
Anointing does not replace order.
Giftedness does not eliminate accountability.
You need to be planted in a church where:

• Your calling is tested and affirmed
• Your doctrine is sharpened
• Your character is developed
• Your ministry is legally protected
• A senior leader can stand behind you

That is why we host the Annual Ministers in Training (MIT) intensive.

MIT is not about ego.
It is about preparation.
It is about covering.
It is about protecting the call on your life.

If you do not have a church home — find one.
If you are not covered — get covered.
If you are gifted — get trained.

Pastors — protect your people.
Leaders — prepare for what is coming.
Ministers — legitimacy matters.

Join us for MIT.
Be trained. Be covered. Be protected.

Will This Year Be Different for You?

Every year many people receive tax refunds, bonuses, or extra income…
and within months it’s gone — vacations, designer brands, impulse spending — and by summer they’re back in the same financial cycle.

I’m not judging. I’m challenging.

We must break generational cycles of financial struggle.
If we don’t change what we do with money, our children will repeat what we modeled.
You don’t build legacy with leftover money.

You build legacy with intentional decisions.
Instead of asking, “Where can we travel?”
Ask, “Where can we position ourselves?”

Let me show you what it looks like if you had invested 10 years ago instead of taking a trip you couldn’t afford.

What 10 Years of Investing Looks Like:
(If You Invest $3,000–$5,000 Per Year)

Let’s make this simple.
If you put away $3,000 to $5,000 each year for 10 years instead of spending it, this is what it could grow into depending on how aggressive you invest.

1️⃣ Playing It Very Safe
(Think slow and steady — little risk, smaller growth)
If you invest $3,000 a year → you could end up with about $35,000–$38,000
If you invest $5,000 a year → you could end up with about $58,000–$63,000

You didn’t just save money.
Your money worked a little for you.

2️⃣ Balanced Approach
(Some risk, better growth — money grows stronger over time)
$3,000 a year → about $42,000–$45,000
$5,000 a year → about $70,000–$75,000

Now your money is really starting to multiply.

3️⃣ Investing in the Overall Stock Market
(This is how many retirement accounts grow)
$3,000 a year → about $46,000–$50,000
$5,000 a year → about $76,000–$82,000

That’s nearly doubling what you put in.

4️⃣ Higher Growth Investments
(More ups and downs, but stronger long-term potential)
$3,000 a year → about $65,000–$80,000+
$5,000 a year → about $108,000–$130,000+

Now your money isn’t just growing — it’s compounding.

What This Means in Plain Terms
• You don’t need to be rich to build wealth.
• You need discipline and time.
• Ten years of consistency can change your family’s future.

If you had done this 10 years ago, imagine where you would be today.
Ten years from now, you’ll either thank yourself…
or wish you had started.

Bishop is trying to help you not shame you!
Let's do better starting NOW!!

Hello, family!

To those interested in becoming part of something meaningful, we are excited to welcome new affiliates into the NextGen Network—a community of believers who are building legacy, wealth, and impact together.

Whether you're a leader, a ministry worker, or a Christian who simply desires fellowship and resources, you can connect with us in one of three ways:

1. Supporting Affiliate

2. Leadership Affiliate

3. Holding-Title Office Affiliate

NextGen is committed to helping churches and families thrive with:

Retirement and investment solutions

Funding opportunities for ministries

A full resource hub including attorneys, realtors, contractors, grant writers, and professionals across multiple industries

We don’t just do “High Church.” We build networks, empower leaders, and create pathways for you to leave an inheritance, not just a ministry role.

Many pastors and leaders finish their work with little to pass on. We are changing that narrative—providing the connections and resources you need to build wealth and long-term security for your family.

To sustain this vision and keep these resources accessible, there is a monthly membership structure:

$25/month – Supporting Affiliates

$50/month – Leadership Affiliates

$100/month – Holding-Title Office Affiliates

A portion of what you contribute each month goes directly toward building your own portfolio of financial resources, investments, and long-term benefits.

If this resonates with you and you want to be part of something life-giving, innovative, and impactful, send us a message or email us at:

Let’s build legacy together.

12/02/2025

Coming out of prayer this morning and reflecting on 24 years of ministry, I need to say something to leaders — and I say this with love and conviction:

We have a serious leadership problem in the Church.
I’m seeing a high level of disrespect, insensitivity, lack of honor, and abusive tactics being masked as “leadership.”

And I want to be clear:

Many of the bridges you burned, the people who left, the leaders who shut down, the growth you never saw, and the relationships that died — didn’t happen because people were rebellious…
It happened because your leadership style was toxic.

Some of you believe being blunt, brash, harsh, and domineering is necessary to “keep people in line.”
But truthfully?

People don’t want to work, grow, or serve under leaders who are rude, dismissive, and demeaning.

Let me help you out:

You’re not prophetic — you’re mean.

You’re not apostolic — you’re insensitive.

You’re not a Bishop or Pastor — you’re controlling.

And in 2025, that leadership style will NOT work anymore.

This next generation will not follow leaders who:

Mask pride as prophecy

Mask control as apostolic authority

Mask manipulation as pastoral order

And here’s the hard truth:

People don’t leave churches… they leave leaders.

Most people actually WANT to serve, grow, give, and be discipled.
But they don’t want to be:

Humiliated

Belittled

Gaslit

Controlled

Intimidated

Under the label of “accountability.”

And listen — many leaders aren’t lonely because they’re so “anointed.”
They’re lonely because they’re emotionally unsafe.

You can preach holiness and still be harsh.
You can teach truth and still be toxic.
You can be gifted… and still not be loving.

The kindness of the leader becomes the culture of the ministry.
The humility of the leader becomes the health of the organization.
The emotional maturity of the leader becomes the stability of the church.

The future of leadership is not domination — it’s honor, humility, empathy, and emotional intelligence.

And many leaders will die with:

Titles

Offices

Regalia

Organizations

But no support, no community, no sons, no legacy.
Not because God didn’t call them…
But because they refused to be transformed.

Hear me:

If you want loyalty, you must model love.
If you want submission, you must demonstrate safety.
If you want growth, you must build with humility.

You are not building a kingdom by intimidation — you are burning it down.

It’s time for healthier leadership.
It’s time for emotionally intelligent leadership.
It’s time for Christlike leadership.

The Kingdom is shifting — from control to character, empire to family, hierarchy to health.

Let’s not miss this move because our egos are louder than the Holy Spirit.
