🥫 Our Blessing Box Needs a Little Blessing! ❤️

Our church’s Blessing Box is available to anyone in our community who may need a little extra help and right now, our shelves are running low.

If you’re able, we would be so grateful for donations of non-perishable food items to help us keep the box stocked for families in need.

Canned goods, boxed meals, pasta, rice, cereal, peanut butter, canned meats, soups, snacks every single donation helps!

Whether you’re a member of West End or simply a neighbor in our community, you’re welcome to give. No donation is too small. ❤️

Together, we can make sure that when someone comes to the Blessing Box looking for a meal, they find one.

We love seeing these little ones learn, grow, shine, and most importantly, learn just how much Jesus loves them! ❤️

✨ MEET THE FAMILY — ALICIA SNYDER! ✨

This week, we’re excited to introduce you to someone who helps keep things running behind the scenes at West End, Alicia Snyder, our Office Administrative Assistant! 💙

Alicia has spent an incredible 46 years as a hairstylist and has been a salon owner for 7 years. These days, you’ll also find her giving her time and talents to West End, volunteering in the church office and serving with our youth. We are so thankful for the heart she has for people and for serving!

Here are a few fun facts about Alicia:

💍 She and her husband, Bobby, have been married for 44 years!

👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 They have two sons, Grayson and Zach (Susan), and two grandsons, Jonah and Sam.

💕 Alicia and Bobby have also helped raise their two nieces, Charity and Kenzie, who are a special part of their family.

⛪️ Alicia and her family have been at West End for 6 years and love their church family so much!

🐾 And we can’t forget Beau and Zoe, their two Golden Doodles!

🏖️ If Alicia could pack her bags and head anywhere, there’s no question where she’s going… THE BEACH! 🌊

From serving in the office to pouring into our youth, Alicia is another reminder that there are so many ways to use the gifts God has given us to serve His church and love His people.

Next time you see Alicia, be sure to say hello and maybe ask her how many days until her next beach trip! 😉🏖️

We love getting to know the people who make up the West End family. Church isn’t just a place we go, it’s a family we belong to. Drop your favorite beach to vacation at and show some love to Alicia! ❤️

What a beautiful Sunday together. 🤍

From a powerful message about who God says you are, to incredible worship, and gathering around the table for communion. Jesus was at the center of it all.

We’re leaving today reminded of this truth: our identity is found in Christ. 🙌

So thankful for our church family and Sundays like these!

Before Jesus performed a miracle or preached a sermon, He was baptized and the Father declared:

“This is my beloved Son.” — Matthew 3:17

Jesus didn’t get baptized because He needed forgiveness. He did it in obedience to the Father and to identify with the people He came to save.

God spoke identity over Jesus before His ministry began.

Your identity isn’t found in what you’ve done, what others call you, or what’s in your past.

Let God tell you who you are. ❤️

You are loved. You are chosen. You are His.

Worship doesn’t always happen behind a microphone. ❤️

Sometimes worship looks like showing up, seeing something that needs to be done, and taking care of the place God has given us.

Today, Patrick came out to change the flags in front of the church, and we just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU! 🇺🇸

Taking care of our church, our grounds, and the little things that often go unnoticed is an act of service and service is worship. When we use our time, talents, and willing hands for the Lord, even the ordinary things can become an offering to Him.

We have so many incredible people at West End who serve faithfully in ways both seen and unseen. From the people on the platform to the people working outside, cleaning up, fixing things, loving on others, and simply saying, “I can help with that” you are what makes this church family so special.
