Oakland Baptist Church Ministry Center The Oakland Baptist Church Ministry Center exists to help meet the clothing needs of those in the greater Rock Hill community. Receipts are available.

The Ministry Center is open for shopping or donations on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9AM until 11:30AM. The Ministry Center is operated by volunteers from OBC and the Rock Hill community. New volunteers are always welcome! Prior to COVID, the Ministry Center was serving nearly 5,000 people each year. Donations of money, clothing, household items, toys, or books are welcomed! To ensure we have en

ough items to help all customers, shoppers may come once every three months and also on special clearance days. Typically, each shopper is able to get two complete outfits as well as shoes, underwear, outerwear, etc. Additionally, shoppers may get one household item a surprise bag for children. We are located at 1021 Charlotte Ave., Rock Hill, SC 29732 (across the street from the Earth Fare parking lot).

The Ministry Center extends our since thanks to Mary Kayser Thorton and The Giving Porch for all the wonderful clothes, shoes, toys, books, and housewares that they deliver on Thursdays. It is partnerships like these along with the help of so many individuals that makes this ministry possible.

As your children finish middle school or change sizes, please donate any gently worn uniforms to The Ministry Center. Your donations will help us restock our uniform room and be ready the new school year!

Donations can be dropped off on Wednesdays or Saturdays from 9AM-11:30AM. The Ministry Center is located at 1021 Charlotte Ave (across from Earth Fare).
