You can spend a lifetime telling yourself that what everyone else is doing must be fine. That the culture wouldn't push it so hard if it wasn't actually good for you. Then you look around and see the wreckage it leaves behind. Fractured families. People who keep searching for satisfaction and never find it.

But the discerning person stops and actually looks at the destruction that rejecting moral purity has caused. Not because the church is judging. Because the evidence is there.

God didn't call us away from something good. He called us away from something that ruins us. When you're ready to talk about it, we're here for you.

Culture promised us that more freedom means more fulfillment. But look around. The evidence tells a different story.

God isn't trying to take something good away from you. He created s*x. He wants you to enjoy it. But He also wrote the instruction manual on it. And when we toss the manual, things break. Not because God is holding out on us, but because love always beats lust. Every time.

You don't have to fight this alone. You need God's word, His Spirit, and people walking alongside you.

Lust and love can look similar on the surface. But one builds something, and the other quietly takes. The Bible says to flee s*xual immorality. It's a friend telling you the truth because they've seen what staying costs you.

Most of us grew up thinking faith was a checklist. Read your Bible because you have to. Go to church because you're supposed to. Give because the budget needs it. But when you truly grasp how holy God is, "have to" starts disappearing. It becomes "I get to."

When we push God's holiness to the edges of our lives, something else always fills that space. It doesn't stay empty. It never does.

You know what it feels like when someone only talks to you when they want something? You feel like a vending machine. But what if that's exactly how we've been approaching God in prayer?

We come with our list. We ask. We leave. We come back when we need something else. But Paul shows us something radically different: prayer isn't about getting answers. Prayer is about wanting God more than you want the answers.

Most of us learned to pray like we're placing an order. Bring the list, state the need, wait for delivery. But Psalm 63 reads like someone who just misses God, not someone who needs a favor.

This week, try showing up to prayer with no agenda. Just you, however you actually are right now. That's a step worth taking.
