It is easy to tell God you’re sorry, but much harder to tell the person you actually hurt. Pride keeps us quiet, but humility gives us the courage to own it and apologize. Even if they don’t accept it, you can’t heal what you won’t name.

If you’ve ever been to a church that made you feel like you had to carry your guilt home with you, we are so sorry. That’s not how this is supposed to work.

Grace isn't about staying guilty. It’s about the relief of finally coming clean and being restored to joy.

As bad as our mistakes feel, the grace of God feels even better. Has anyone else experienced that kind of weight being lifted off their shoulders?

God’s forgiveness is certain, but that doesn’t mean your choices lose their weight. You can be fully forgiven and still have to walk through the consequences of what happened.

Lean into Him during the fallout, He’s the only one who can help you navigate it.
