ANNOUNCEMENT:
Join us immediately after worship on June 7 for a Jared Box Packing Party, a hands-on mission opportunity.

Everyone is invited to help assemble 40 Jared Boxes filled with fun and comforting goodies for children and youth receiving medical treatment at Carilion Clinic. The contents for the boxes are provided by the church through the Auction for Missions funds and we just need your helping hands to make a difference in bringing smiles and encouragement to local families.

Come be part of this special act of care and compassion!

Celebrations at Bonsack Church

2026 Graduates

Carly Webster graduated with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Virginia Tech. Her parents are Mitzi and David Webster, and her grandmother is Shirley Garman.

Brady Kish graduated from Lord Botetourt High School and plans to attend Averett University, majoring in Business Data Analytics, and play baseball. His grandparents are Jimmie and Barbara Elliott.

Blanche C. Davis Scholarship Recipients 2026

Cub Miller graduated from Lord Botetourt High School and plans to attend Appalachian State University and major in Music Industry. Cub’s parents are Megen and Darren Mellom.

Serenity Shearer (pictured below) graduated from Lord Botetourt High School and plans to attend Randolph College in Lynchburg and major in English with the goal of teaching and coaching girls’ wrestling.

We give thanks for all of these graduates as they step into this exciting new season of life. May they continue to grow, follow God’s path, and stay close to Him in all that lies ahead.

The camp provides a beautiful space for children and youth to unplug, connect with nature, and build meaningful, lifetime friendships. They focus on small-group experiences to create a close-knit, supportive community where every camper feels seen, valued, and included.

Alta Mons offers a variety of camps for rising kindergarteners through high school students, including overnight options, day camps, and adventure camps! Campers pack their days with fun outdoor activities, games, high and low ropes, swimming, craft projects, hikes to a beautiful waterfall and so much more!
