Grow Closer to Jesus Through Hard Times

Why is it that our deepest spiritual growth happens during our darkest seasons? 🌱

When life is easy, it's so tempting to get comfortable, become spiritually lazy, and rely less on prayer. But it’s those heavy moments—sitting on the floor, wrestling with your faith, holding your Bible, and deciding whether to walk away—that pull you the closest to Jesus.

If you are going through a hard time right now, be encouraged: God is using this season to draw you nearer to Him. 🙏

Adam’s sin didn’t just affect humans. His act of rebellion put the whole world in bo***ge. The crazy thing is that creation’s restoration is dependent upon ours. One day, we will receive our inheritance in Jesus, and get back to caring for the world like we were meant to. Until then, however, we must learn to walk in the Spirit during “The Days of Groaning.”
